Alaskan Born and Bred

I grew up in Alaska on fishing boats, where salmon wasn’t just food—it was our way of life. When I joined my family’s seafood business, I saw firsthand how tons of wild salmon were undervalued and underutilized. And so, Fable Fish was born— to honor the fish that sustained us for generations. Fable Fish celebrates the natural purity of wild-caught salmon from Bristol Bay, Alaska—the world's largest sustainable wild salmon fishery. For me, food is more than nourishment— it’s an opportunity to connect people to our natural world, to be a steward of precious ecosystems, and to taste Alaska’s untamed beauty.

What Drives Us

Fable Fish is on a mission to bring real wholesome wild seafood to more people. Rooted in a deep respect for our natural world, sustainability, and time-honored fishing traditions, we craft nutrient-rich, responsibly sourced seafood snacks. By bridging tradition with innovation, we’re creating a future where wild seafood is more accessible, more appreciated, and more valued than ever before.
